A week-long retreat designed for women to pause, breathe, and reconnect – not as business owners, mothers, or caretakers, but as themselves. With two Pilates classes a day, nourishing meals, and wide-open time for rest or exploration, Pilates in Paradise offers space to unwind, think clearly, and rediscover what feels good. No pressure, no schedules to juggle – just time to move, eat well, and be cared for.

🌊 The Setting:

Tangolunda Bay is a serene oasis where mountains meet the ocean and humpback whales pass through during the season. The main villa offers open-concept living with breezy common areas and ocean views from nearly every room. Just steps away, a newly-built sundeck offers the perfect perch for sunsets and star-gazing.

Our retreat villa features:

  • Dining + living areas open to the sea breeze
  • Second villa nearby for larger groups

You’ll be supported in a nurturing environment where rest is celebrated, movement is gentle yet powerful, and community is built through shared experience – not expectation.

Vegan and vegetarian diets are happily accommodated.

Important Travel Notice

There are no direct flights to Huatulco (HUX) on our days of travel.  We will take AeroMexico Flight 693 there, and American Flight 2804 return.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy & Disclaimer
  • Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure (e.g., pandemic, natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.) that causes the retreat to be cancelled, all deposits will be refunded. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued.
  • Deposits & Payments:
  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
  • The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the start of the retreat.
  • Travel & Medical Insurance: Both travel and medical insurance are mandatory for all participants. Please ensure that you have appropriate coverage for the duration of the retreat.
  • Airport Shuttle: Airport shuttle service has been arranged for those arriving via AeroMexico *Flight AM 693, and American *Flight 2804 Return. If you choose to fly with a different airline or at a different time, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the villa.
