With over 30 years of teaching and movement expertise, I believe exceptional Pilates begins with understanding the individual. Every body tells a different story, and every lesson should reflect that.

There are no generic workouts or one-size-fits-all programs here. Every session is thoughtfully designed around your body, your goals, your movement history, and how you learn best. Whether you’re recovering from injury, improving athletic performance, navigating the changes of midlife, or simply wanting to move with greater confidence and ease, your program is created specifically for you.

As a movement specialist, I draw on decades of experience in Pilates, rehabilitation, functional movement, and body awareness to help clients build lasting strength, improve mobility, refine posture, and move with greater freedom. My role extends beyond instruction. I observe, adapt, educate, and guide, creating sessions that are as intelligent as they are supportive.

I offer sessions virtually via Zoom, so you can stay consistent from anywhere in the world. This is a great option for beginners, intermediate movers, and those returning to movement after a break or injury.

Body Organix (All Levels)

Body Organics is a signature class developed through 30 years of hands-on experience working with the body. Rooted in fluid, intentional movement, it focuses on restoring and expanding range of motion, improving joint health, and reconnecting you to your body’s natural intelligence. Expect a practice that feels both grounding and liberating - where mobility, control, and ease come together.

The Classic (Intermediate/Advanced)

Classic Mat Pilates is an intermediate to advanced class following the original 34-exercise sequence developed by Joseph Pilates. This full-body practice builds strength, control, and mobility through a continuous, flowing progression that challenges coordination, precision, and endurance.

The AAA - Pop Up (Mixed Level)

AAA (Abs, Arms & Ass) is your no-nonsense, 30-minute burn. We work on a timer, keep the pace up, and zero in on the areas that matter - core, upper body, and glutes. It’s challenging, efficient, and effective, with options along the way. Best suited for those with a foundational level of fitness.
