BODY BLAST – Get That Body Beach Ready!

WHAT: This is a 45-minute class with rotating body focus each week (Abs, Arms, Glutes & Legs).  

WHEN: This class takes place every Monday from 11:15 am to 12 pm for the duration of 4 weeks. We begin on the 8th of July and finish on July 29th.

HOW: The first half-hour is set to an interval timer and the last 15 minutes are reserved for stretching.

FEE: $113 for four Classes.  If you now you will be absent, we can record the class upon request. This is a PREPAID Course. No refunds.  No transfers.

GROUP MAT CLASSES (Online):
Classes are small, non-competitive and community based with a solid focus on core strength, range of motion and joint health.  
All classes below are 55-minutes in length.

The Ladder Barrel

The Ladder Barrel is also part of the original equipment created by Joseph Pilates.  It is a highly versatile creation and a personal favourite.  Just wait and see what we can do!
