Class Descriptions:

Dealer’s Choice – Your wish is my command!  Props required (weights and booty band). Intermediate.
Pilates DRILL – One hour of the original mat repertoire!  Get ready for a classic Pilates workout with some extras thrown in. Intermediate – Advanced.
Pilates CHILL – Sunday is for chillaxin’!  One hour of slower paced movements – in comparison to the DRILL class.  We wind it back a little, but still work with deliberation!  All levels.
Pilates Therapeutics – Everyone needs this class.  We work the joints’ range of motion.  The focus is directed to problem areas such as neck, hips and back.  Grab a pillow and let’s begin with the breath.  All levels.

EQUIPMENT/PRIVATE SESSIONS

These one-on-sessions are perfect for the indivdual who wants time just to themselves! Private sessions work well for the client who has a specific goal in mind whether it’s to tone up, strengthen, increase flexibility or rehabilitate an area of their body.

Currently booking on-going private sessions Thursdays and weekends.  There may also be other spots available throughout the week.
