GROUP CLASSES – Online only
Classes are small, non-competitive and community based with a solid focus on core strength, range of motion and joint health.
Ongoing classes are 55-minutes.

POP-UP
The AAA is back: Abs, Arms and A$$.
It’s booty, booty time! This is an interval-based class (online) designed to tone & tighten the abs, the arms and the derrière. This course will be fun, spunky and certain to get you results within 4 weeks! The class style is interval based. You will need small weights and a booty band (or Theraband).
WHEN: Series I (April 1st – April 22nd) Series II (April 29th – May 20th)
TIME: 5:30-6:15 pm
COST: $100 plus HST = $113
Get ready to work!
